Stern Drive 100 Hour Service          *Should be done every 2 to 3 years    
 -Check battery and connections.        
  -Check hoses, belts and clamps.        
  -Check all electrical connections for corrosion and tightness.        
  -Check ignition system.        
  -Run motor to verify if any leaks and running condition.        
  -Check gauges for proper operation.        
  -Check operation of throttle control box.        
  -Check engine with computer/tech for proper readings and codes.                                                                             
    Adjust if needed.        
  -Torque intake and exhaust manifolds. Clean spark arrester.        
  -Change engine oil and filter(s).        
  -Change fuel filter(s).        
  -Top off power steering fluid if needed.        
  -Top off power trim fluid if needed.        
  -Grease all zerk fittings, steering and control cables.        
  -Change stern drive gear oil.        
  -Remove stern drive and check U-joints, gimble bearings and drive aligment.        
  -Remove prop, grease shaft, and re-torque prop.        
  -Check and record compression of cyclinders.        
  -Check spark plug wires.        
  -Replace water pump impeller, gaskets and o-rings.        
  -Record engine hours.        
  -Lube or oil trailer buddies.        
  -Check trailer brake fluid, fill if needed  

Inboard 100 Hour Service          *Should be done every 2 or 3 years
  -Check battery and connections.        
  -Check hoses, belts, and clamps.        
  -Check all electrical connections for corrosion and tightness.        
  -Check ignition system.        
  -Run motor to check for any leaks and running condition.        
  -Check gauges for proper operation.        
  -Check operation of throttle control box.        
  -Check engine with computer/tech for proper readings and codes. 
   Adjust if needed.        
  -Check and record compression of cyclinders.         
  -Torque intake and exhaust manifolds, clean spark arrestor (K&N to 
    be done at yearly service).       
  -Change engine oil and filter(s).        
  -Change fuel filter(s).        
  -Replace in tank fuel filter if equipped.        
  -Replace impeller and gasket or o-ring.        
  -Grease rudder port.        
  -Re-torque prop nut.        
  -Check hydraulic fluid if equipped.        
  -Grease all zerk fittings, steering and control cables.        
  -Change transmission fluid.        
  -Check and adjust alignment.        
  -Re-torque shaft coupler bolts.        
  -Lube or oil trailer buddies.        
  -Check trailer brake fluid, fill if needed.        
  -Record all serial numbers.        
  -Record engine hours.
